We’re delighted to announce the launch of “Leadership – A Learning Journey” , a resource we’ve produced in collaboration with international arts consultant Gerri Moriarty for The New, a collaboration of five of the North West’s leading cultural organisations.
Over two years, and funded by the Cultural Leadership Programme, these organisations, Chinese Arts Centre, Contact, 20 Stories High, Whitworth Art Gallery and Zion Arts Centre worked together to share experiences and explore a range of leadership models.
The resulting resource, packed with case studies and reflective questions – and beautifully illustrated – has been designed as a guide for existing leaders as well as those of the future. Seeing leadership as a journey, it contains a wealth of suggestions for further research and is divided into three chapters: “Preparing”, “On the Journey” and “Homecoming”.
