We hope you have had a thoroughly enjoyable World Book Day 2019 - we have absolutely loved visiting schools up and down the country delivering our Bookman, Paige Turner, Poetry and Shakespeare workshops -  and we are now (yes already!) taking bookings for World Book Day 2020. We usually sell out months in advance for these workshops, so if you would like to ensure you get a booking for World Book Day itself, please get in touch as we would love to hear from you!

"The visit was amazing,  Jay (Bookman!) was a fabulous start to the day with his assembly, which really caught the kids' imagination. I had staff coming to tell me they were shocked when he burst forth from the cupboard and surprised the hall. He was brilliant - and I'm especially impressed that he managed to work with children ranging from reception to Year 6s and entertained them all. It's created a great buzz around the school about reading which is brilliant in the week of world book day." (Jeavons Wood Primary)

Paige Turner's Fiction Mission

Horrified that her nemesis, Noah Magination, wants to ban books in schools, she‘s desperate to persuade him that the characters within their pages deserve to live - but they can only do that in the imaginations of the children who read their stories. Will the pupils save the day, and ensure that wonder of books can be enjoyed by generations of school children to come?

"The children and staff thought Bookman was brilliant and the children got a lot out of the visit. Organising a workshop for the whole school can sometimes be a little stressful but working with you and the rest of your team has been really easy and organised so thank you!" (Class Teacher, Shortstown Primary)
