Family Literacy

We all know how much family support benefits children’s learning. So, our Family Literacy workshops have been specifically developed to gain and cement that support by offering a fun and friendly environment in which parents/carers work alongside their children on activities designed to highlight the joys to be found in books and stories!   

Purposeful Writing – With Pirates!

This colourful programme places pupils at the heart of a fictional world when they receive a surprise visit from our friendly pirate, Captain Morgan!    

Murderous Maths

Interactive problem solving for up to 180 pupils (with follow-up workshops for up to four classes, depending on the structure of your school day)

Florence Nightingale – Legacies of the Lady with the Lamp 

Florence Nightingale gained the nickname “The Lady with the Lamp” whilst caring for soldiers injured in the Crimean War. A Visit from Florence Nightingale opens with an assembly for participating year groups, followed by workshops for a class at a time.
